I'm Michelle Allen, proudly autistic and ADHD, I run multiple businesses  - one a creative non-profit, Ironclad Creative CIC and the other Infinite Upstart, the coaching & consulting company that allows me to work with exciting people around their thoughts, creativity and writing.

I help people to break free of what they were told they should be, and become exactly what they want to be. 

My mission is to help you discover that work doesn't have to mean suits and ties, if you don't want that.

It can involve much more RELAXING and RESTING than you ever thought possible, while making you more money than your average 9-5.
